He claimed that he was chatting with a Brazilian girl named Diana way before things got serious with Cortney during Hunt For Love. He initially planned to go to Brazil to meet Diana, but dropped the plan when the dynamics with Cortney changed.
But even after all this. Colt was still in touch with Diana. He wasn’t ready to stop talking to her, and they were chatting on a regular basis. Well, this came after the celeb, ironically, wondered why Cortney was having trust issues and why she thought Colt would end up cheating on her, just like he did in the past.

90 Day Fiance viewers are asking some genuine questions now. A Reddit thread recently questioned the timeline of Colt, Cortney, and Diana. This is because a picture of Colt and Diana started to surface on the internet, which was clicked on on 29th November 2025. The OP was quick to point out, “They were already posting together. But filming was supposedly “last year”? The math is not mathing.”

The thread further pointed out that Colt was clearly able to move his leg during Season 5, yet the narrative of him being helpless was pushed on the show. Moreover, if Colt was in Brazil during November 2025, then what about Cortney? When all of this was actually filmed? The thread further added, “Also how do you plan to move in with one girl while being publicly involved with another? That’s not editing. That’s logistics.”
Fans connected all the dots and admitted that this seems to be a case of “overlapping.” They evidently couldn’t understand how these storylines could exist independently without overlap. A user then explained that Colt moved in with Cortney as soon as Hunt For Love ended. This could have been during the last months of 2024 or the early phase of 2025.
So, there is a fair chance that by mid-2025, things didn’t work out with Cortney and Colt decided to fly all the way to Brazil by the end of 2025
