The camera lingers on him pacing his dimly lit office — a man haunted by guilt, paranoia, and too many secrets buried beneath the city’s neon glow. His reflection in the casino’s glass wall says it all: he’s not the man he used to be.

As rumors swirl about Doug’s mysterious death, old alliances begin to crumble. The tension between Joey and his former right-hand man, Marcel, hits a breaking point. Flashbacks reveal that Joey had once ordered Marcel to “take care of Doug”, but the decision has been eating him alive ever since. Now, in a chilling twist, Joey sees Marcel not as an ally — but as a threat.

“You should’ve stayed quiet, Marcel,” Joey growls, voice cold as steel.

From that moment, the clock starts ticking. Marcel senses the storm closing in and confides in Randy, who warns him to leave town before it’s too late. But it’s already too late. Joey’s patience has snapped, and his paranoia is morphing into violence.
