Todd and Julie Chrisley gave a big update about their son, Chase, and his fight for sobriety. Chrisley Knows Best fans know that Chase ran into problems ahead of Donald Trump pardoning his parents.

After their release from prison, Todd and Julie restarted their Chrisley Confessions podcast. And this week, while they discussed a lot of things about their lives. Plus, they also discussed the sobriety problems that their son, Chase dealt with. Notably, things seem to be going well.

Chase ChrisleyDuring their chat, Julie seemed very eager to reassure everyone. She said that “he is looking very good. He is really doing good.” Additionally, she referred to some videos that were shared, saying, “…you can really see that the light is coming from his eyes.”

Meanwhile, Todd seemed relieved that finally, Chase Chrisley seems to be getting on top of his struggles. He seems so pleased that his “baby is back.” And then he mentioned that Chase had been “a heavy drinker.”

It’s not easy staying sober, as many folks know. So, the patriarch reminded his followers, “The thing is it is something that you have to live day-to-day,” adding, but “he is sober at the moment.”

Admiring Determination

The reality TV Stars from USA Network, now on Lifetime, seemed impressed with the determination that Chase reveals. Obviously, they’re delighted that he’s looking after his health these days.

In the past, he seemed more inclined to escape reality while his mom and dad served their prison sentence for tax and fraud convictions.

Chase Ended Up In Trouble

Earlier this year, fans heard that a nasty incident happened in a bar that involved allegations of assault. Whether it happened as reported or not, he took it seriously and shared a photo of himself looking much happier.

At the time, he wrote in his social media caption, “Almost one month alcohol free, feeling better than I have in years. God is good #sober #sobriety.”
