Home and Away’s Mackenzie turns to Tane after Levi’s shock arrest
Home and Away‘s Mackenzie Booth returns to Summer Bay for an emotional showdown next week, after learning that her partner Levi Fowler has been arrested. With Levi’s behaviour clearly spiralling out of control, will this make things between him and Mackenzie even worse?
Upcoming scenes see Levi lose his composure at work by attacking a troublesome patient. He’s forced to face the consequences of his actions when policeman Cash Newman turns up to arrest him, which risks leaving his medical career in tatters.
Next week, Mackenzie arrives back from her short trip to Queensland after hearing that Levi is in disgrace over his actions.
She’s far from impressed over the fiasco and makes it known, with a series of short responses to everything he says.

“Levi and Mackenzie are both still grieving after the tragic loss of their baby,” our Home and Away source explains. “Levi tries to explain that his uncharacteristic behaviour was partly caused by Mac’s absence from the Bay, as he didn’t have anyone around to lean on.
“This doesn’t go down well with Mac at all, as she feels that Levi is unfairly putting all of the blame on her. As far as she’s concerned, Levi is fully responsible for his own actions.”
The atmosphere between the couple only gets worse when Mac realises that her close friend Tane Parata wasn’t told about her miscarriage. Mac accuses Levi of failing to do the one thing he’d promised to – telling everyone to spare her the pain.
Levi argues that he didn’t even know whether he was still in a relationship with Mac at that point, as she’d become so closed-off and he couldn’t get through to her in Queensland. With the situation so tense, they’re not able to resolve anything.

Mac ends up turning to Tane for a heart-to-heart instead, feeling like he’s the main person she can speak to without facing any judgement. However, she soon goes a step further by asking Tane whether she can stay at his place for the night, as she can’t face Levi.
“Levi’s heartbroken when Mac doesn’t come home,” our insider adds. “Mac is completely honest with him about how she stayed with Tane, but it’s painful for Levi to realise that she’d prefer to talk through her grief with other people rather than him.
“In the end, Levi lays it all on the line – insisting that being a dad matters far less to him than being with Mac. In fact, none of it means anything to him if he’s not in a relationship with Mac…”
Will Levi reach an emotional breakthrough with Mac after being so honest?
