BREAKING NEWS!!! EastEnders confirms full details of Patrick Trueman’s devastating AI storyline

EastEnders has revealed the full synopsis of Patrick Trueman’s AI storyline in the wake of his son Anthony’s death, with the subplot airing as part of a BBC’s slate of programmes concerning AI use. The soap will be tackling AI use in relation to Patrick’s grief for his son.

EastEnders fans know that Jasmine Fisher killed her biological dad Anthony on Christmas Day, though her mum Zoe Slater is currently in prison for his murder.

Following Anthony’s funeral, Denzel Danes comes up with an idea to help Patrick grieve. The teen works on an AI project after speaking with Tommy Moon, who was relying on an AI chatbot in a storyline aired last year.

Now, Denzel decides to support Patrick, though his plan might backfire as he becomes increasingly dependent on the bot.

In upcoming scenes, Denzel tells Kim and Yolande that he’s been working on something that might soothe Patrick’s grief.

When he plays the AI Anthony, Patrick rushes away. After a while, Patrick comes back and asks to speak to the AI version of Anthony as Yolande raises her concerns about the implications of the bot.

The storyline will be broadcast as part of the BBC’s AI Unpacked Week, which is set to run across BBC TV channels and radio stations between 2 to 8 March.

Meanwhile, Kat Moon lured Jasmine back to Walford for Anthony’s funeral, suspecting her granddaughter could be behind the murder.

Cornered, Jasmine was forced to admit what went down at Christmas as her grandma assured she wouldn’t let her go to prison, but would let Chrissie Watts take the fall instead.

However, a last-minute decision from Kat led to Jasmine being arrested, as she warned her grandmother that Zoe would never forgive her for this.
