Wednesday night’s Emmerdale episode ignited fury among viewers as Chas Dingle once again found herself in the middle of Charity’s latest crisis — and fans have had enough. The drama began with Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) reeling from her shocking pregnancy news after a one-night stand with Ross Barton (Mike Parr), despite agreeing to be a surrogate for Sarah and Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant).

Desperate to hide the truth, Charity forged a hospital letter claiming Ross wasn’t the father, hoping to bury the scandal before it tore the village apart. But when Chas (Lucy Pargeter) overheard Ross bragging that he had “dodged a bullet,” she demanded answers — and the confrontation quickly spiraled into a shouting match.

Realizing the truth was about to come out, Charity confessed she’d faked the paternity results, with help from Ryan Stocks (James Moore) — who had no idea what she was really up to. Chas was furious. “So this was your grand plan, was it? How did you even do that? You can barely turn a computer on!” she snapped, refusing to let the matter drop.
