Sister Wives Fans Call Out Meri Brown

Sister Wives fans are calling out Kody Brown’s ex-wife, Meri, for being a part of what many believe to be scams. One fan got the conversation rolling with a comment regarding losing respect for Meri. The OP poster said, “I was beginning to respect Meri, until I saw that she is involved in no less than four MLM businesses. Respect gone.”

Fans had a lot to say in response to the comment. One of the first pointed out that Meri is not the only member of the Brown family to take part in multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses. Meri and Kody even did it way back in the 1990’s when they were first married. Another person noted that MLM businesses are a huge part of the Mormon culture. Several more agreed with their statement.

Some MLM companies are Mary Kay, Amway, Young Living, and Nu Skin, just to name a few.

  • “Vegas rentals – Kody earned a new convertible from a “marketing” business that they had all been in. This was LIV International, some sort of drink. They held parties at Meri’s house. That’s why she needed the wet bar.”
  • “Finally someone besides myself knows abour why Meri needed the wet bar and the MLM parties they had.”
  • “Uh then you shouldn’t respect any of them because they’re all in MLMs”

Some fans discussed that the post was simply made to hate on Meri.

Her Recent Confession

In the recent tell-all episode of Sister Wives, Meri Brown called out Robyn for seemingly spreading information that was believed to be private. She was referring to the catfishing scandal that occurred. Meri met who she believed to be a man online and began a relationship. It turned out it wasn’t a man at all.

Meri said, “There was a huge lack of trust there. I don’t believe that she did it intentionally to hurt me. I think she did it to try to help the situation, but she kept making it worse and kept making it worse by sharing the information.”

What are your thoughts on Meri’s MLM businesses?
