General Hospital Casting
A pair of popular performers is back at GH. Finola Hughes, who’s been MIA as Anna Devane since her character was abducted in early November, finally reappears this week. Look for Anna to be seen in a room where she’s being held captive, while she attempts to concoct a plan to escape.
After months of being away at Steinmauer, a high-security prison for international criminals in Switzerland, Valentine Cassadine has resurfaced in Port Charles. James Patrick Stuart’s devious alter ego surprisingly appeared in Carly’s (Laura Wright) living room last Friday. Look for the actor to play an important role in the upcoming storyline over the next few months. Stuart contemplated a possible return to GH when he was written off the soap last March.
Chris McKenna gets more screen time as Jack Brennan. The duplicitous WSB station chief briefs Eden McCoy’s Josslyn on Tuesday, December 9.
Nazneen Contractor pops in as Justine Turner. The town’s assistant district attorney airs on Tuesday, December 9.
Bluesy Burkey returns as Charlotte Cassadine. The teenager is scheduled to appear on Tuesday, December 9.

Two popular villains made surprise appearances last week, both appearing in a nightmare to Genie Francis’ Laura. Jeff Kober was back as Cyrus Renault, while Avery Kristen Pohl resurfaced as Esme Price. It was a one-and-done guest spot for both performers.
The Bold and the Beautiful Casting

The popular actor airs on Wednesday, December 10, Thursday, December 11 and Friday, December 12. He made his last appearance on the soap back in July 2024. During his break from B&B, Samiri recurred on the MAX series, The Pitt.

Amy Davidson has been cast as Robin, the PR specialist hired by Forrester Creations to deal with the fallout regarding Luna (Lisa Yamada). The actress is best known for her role as Kerry Hennessy in the ABC sitcom 8 Simple Rules.
Days of our Lives Casting
As DAYS’ mysterious crypt storyline unfolds, a long-missing “DiMera” is returning to the fold: Peter Blake. Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) brother, who was last on the canvas 27 years ago when he escaped from prison, will be played by One Life to Live alum, Dan Gauthier (ex-Kevin Buchanan). The character was originated by Jason Brooks, who portrayed Peter from 1993 to 1998. Gauthier premieres later this month. Here’s a look back at his troubled character.
Thaao Penghlis resurfaces as Tony DiMera. Look for the character and his kidnapped siblings, Billy Flynn’s Chad and Haiduk’s Kristen, to make a bone-chilling discovery on Tuesday, December 9.

Alice Halsey returns as Rachel Black. She shares scenes with Boyd’s Sophia on Wednesday, December 10.
The Young and the Restless Casting
Although Mitch Bacall/Matt Clark sped off after being foiled by Victor (Eric Braeden), the creepy character isn’t down for the count quite yet at Y&R. In fact, he even vowed his plot against Noah (Lucas Adams) and the Newmans wasn’t over. Word is, viewers haven’t seen the last of Roger Howarth, who signed on for a short-term story arc, and that his villainous alter ego will be resurfacing. Here’s the lowdown on Howarth, who made a daytime name for himself as Todd Manning on One Life to Live.
